TO BE SOMEONE DIFFERENT:
I didn’t model for luxury or fashion. Accepting reality and playing a perfect role was my reason.
Being a Perfect Shell was easier than expected. What I didn’t calculate was that it would be a Fragile Shell.
After lying and cheating by my agency and then some close friends, I dropped out.
The Perfect Shell was in pieces.
But it was more than just a tough time…
I’ve met a lot of exciting and like-minded people and have also had the chance to live many interesting experiences.
Whether I’m still modeling, well, not really.
I would love to work more, but reality is that a model still has to be size zero with ideally blue eyes and blonde hair.
I would love it if it was like AMERICAS NEXT TOP MODEL or GNTM and the fashion world really wanted diversity, but it’s not.
AGENCIES – LIE:
My previous agencies put me on hold because of my weight gain and constant inquiries about my fees.
When you start modeling, know that you have little control.
About money, time, and orders. Especially in Europe and Asia.
You have to sign a contract that gives the agency permission to decide for you. But do you ever see agency and client email traffic?!? NO!!!
It has burned me so badly that now I finally want to be in control again.
NOT THE FAVORITE:
In almost every email that I wrote to my agency, I wanted to work more. But since I wasn’t the scout’s favorite , other models were brokered instead of me. Reality is that favoritism is a breach of contract. But can I prove it in black and white?!? NO…it’s a bad joke.
Yes, you have no real advantages with an agency, but unfortunately you need them so you are dependent. The reality is that a model needs an agency to get into castings and get jobs.

What I want to achieve with the BEHIND THE SCENES – MODEL AGREEMENT is to honestly throw up, but show the REAL reality. It’s 1% glam and 99% hard dirty work. I will tell you my story and other models’ experiences with this series.
